It is important to note the initiatives and work being done to rectify the situation, and those at the forefront of it should be celebrated. It’s been proven time and time again that diverse teams are more impactful and more beneficial – for finances, societies, people and the environment. And, to add fuel to that fire, when women-only teams do successfully raise money, they are likely to receive less.
